One policy applies to all activities, based on how early you cancel: 2+ hours before your slot starts gets you 50% back as wallet credit, under 2 hours gets you 25% back, and once a slot has started it can't be cancelled (no refund for that slot). Multi-hour bookings are treated as separate slots, so any upcoming hours still refund under the same rule. All refunds are Playra wallet credit. Some venues set their own cancellation terms, shown at checkout — and if the venue cancels on you, you get 100% back.
