Terms of Service

Section 1 - Acceptance

By using Playra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Section 2 - Eligibility

• •Must be 18 years or older to use Playra
• •Must provide accurate account information
• •One account per person

Section 3 - User Responsibilities

• •Keep your account credentials secure
• •Do not make fake or fraudulent bookings
• •Treat venue staff and other users with respect
• •Do not misuse the wallet or payment system
• •Do not post inappropriate content

Section 4 - Bookings

• •Bookings are confirmed only after payment is processed
• •Arrive on time for your booking
• •Cancellation policy applies as per Refund Policy
• •Queue matchmaking bookings are auto-scheduled to start at least 3 hours after the match is confirmed, at an available slot near the matched players
• •Once a queue match is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded by any player, including the host
• •Queue and Party matchmaking only splits the fixed cost of a real court booking between the players who join. It is not a game of chance, contest, wager, lottery or gambling — there are no prizes, winnings or payouts of any kind
• •Playra is not liable for venue quality issues

Section 5 - Payments

• •All prices shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
• •Payments processed through secure payment gateways
• •Credits have no cash value
• •Marketing boosts and promotions purchased by venue owners are non-refundable once activated
• •Playra currently takes no commission on bookings. Venue owners receive the full amount paid by players for a booking; a commission may be introduced in a future update with notice
• •Playra reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice

Section 6 - Prohibited Activities

• •Fake bookings or account manipulation
• •Attempting to exploit the wallet system
• •Harassment of other users or venue staff
• •Posting spam or inappropriate content
• •Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform

Section 7 - Account Suspension

Playra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Section 8 - Liability

• •Playra is a booking platform only
• •We are not liable for venue quality, safety, or disputes between users and venues
• •Maximum liability limited to amount paid in last 30 days

Section 9 - Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
